What is the difference between Monsta and Zabbix?

Zabbix is open source and very flexible, but it needs more setup and administration. Monsta is ready to use, with a fast install, templates by manufacturer and support. For teams that want monitoring without building everything from scratch, Monsta is simpler day to day.

I am migrating from Zabbix or PRTG. Is the process difficult?

It doesn't have to be. Monsta uses standard protocols such as SNMP, WMI and ping, and includes a library of templates by manufacturer. On larger networks, you can migrate in stages and keep the old tool running in parallel until the alerts are validated.

Does Monsta serve internet providers only?
